View a photo full screen
Full screen hides everything but the photo. It works from the grid, Survey, the Loupe and Edit.
Go full screen
Section titled “Go full screen”Choose View › Full Screen, or press Alt+F (by default). The photo shown is the one selected in the grid or Survey, or the photo already on screen in the Loupe or Edit.
DarkRay hides the panels, the filmstrip, the toolbar and the status bar, and fills the background with black. A hint at the top reads “Esc or Alt+F to exit · ← → other photos” with the file name, and fades after a moment. The pointer hides after two seconds without moving.
Press Esc or Alt+F to leave. DarkRay puts back every panel as it was and returns to the grid or Survey if you started there.
Step through photos
Section titled “Step through photos”Press Left and Right for the previous and next photo, and Home and End for the first and last. These keys work the same in the Loupe and in Edit, whenever the keyboard focus isn’t on a control that uses the arrows, such as a text field or the Layers list.
